Stage Inspections
Stage inspections or progress inspections check the construction at vital stages of your build to ensure no corners have been cut by the builder. We check all work against the National Construction Code (NCC), the relevant Australian Standards and The Guide to Standards and Tolerances NSW.
Stage 1: Pre-Slab Inspection$ 1000
Stage 2: Frame Inspection - $1500
Stage 3: Lock up/Waterproofing inspection - $1000
Stage 4: Practical completion inspection $1000
Stage 5: End of defect liability period inspection $1000
Dilapidation Reports
A Dilapidation Report is required by builders before they can start construction. It documents the surrounding properties prior to construction so if there's any issues or damage caused to the neighbouring property the report can be referenced to determine if it was caused by the construction.
